Management of the complex mind
Sorrow and happiness are locked in a capsule of everyone s life. The magnitude of either of the emotion depends on how one is able to deal with it. It is a game of snakes and ladders. One does not know how the dice can turn. The acceptance of the turn of events comes with learning from experience, humble living, realizing the looming divine energy.
Compassion, kindness, charity, giving selfless hand to the needy are the determining emotions for the dice on the board of life to turn in favour of your destiny. It cannot be conditional; but surely the world will reflect itself through these emotions that your mind holds.
Our technology cannot change the complex mind that pumps negative energy that circles around our inner mind and heart. People of today exchange sweet word of compassion, but deep inside there exists negative emotions like jealousy, anger, incompetence, inferiority complex and a big fat ego.
Hence there are two faces to man and it is difficult to fathom; everything is secretive, they don't want to lose any battle in life but the truth is when there is birth, there is death, there is happiness, there is sorrow.
The whole life seems to be a bundle of contradiction, hence we need to introspect, analyze and realize the truth of life. Religions, cults, groups, and conventions have no place here as one has to realize the truth on their own; spiritual teachers can show us the way, but we have to take the step forward.
There is so much dependency on credit cards, computers, fancy cars, expensive vacations, weddings, and the elusive paper notes that forward nations keep printing; one should make an effort at times to depend on our own source of energy for self realization that is needed to manage the turn of events in our lives.
Internet screen cannot give us the view of life, it has to be lived, felt and valued. Self identity has to be preserved at all times. People fear the result of action but they don't worry about the action itself.
Think of the seed that you sow and you will get the desired result. The purity of action takes care of our emotions as that is the truth of man s existence; when we go against nature and the cosmic system, we suffer the pain of life.
It is important to be a beautiful person; beauty in conduct, behaviour, language, mind, emotions brings harmony and peace. Modern focus is on beautification of the body, or staying youthful so the glow of life is lost, there is no peace because one has to keep pace with the changing nature of the body and environment.
Our education is making us in to robots, clerks, corporate executives, scientist, with ordinary, petty shoddy human minds. The mass hysteria screams of concepts not backed by action, without a formula we cannot act.
We have to educate each other to grow in beauty, goodness, to flower in great affection and care or else we will destroy this planet. Touching mars and moon is not progress; saving the earth is the primary concern.
It is a pity that human beings need to reassure themselves of their genetic value, the world is immersed in false identification. Moving away from nature and the reality of life makes the mind more complex and we grope in the dark to find our faces.
The complex thing called mind must cease without motive, it is only when the totality of the mind is still, the creative, the nameless, comes in to being.
