: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said received separately at Hisn Al Shumoukh in the wilayat of Manah on Thursday evening credentials of a number of ambassadors of the friendly countries accredited to Oman.
His Majesty received the credentials of the following:
Yerzhan Mukash, extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of President Nursultan Nazarbayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Oman.

Dr Envarbik Fazelyanov, extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation to Oman.
Ibrahim Diakhate, extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of President Macky Sall of the Republic of Senegal to Oman.

Costas A. Papadimas, extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of President Nicos Anastasiades of the Republic of Cyprus to Oman.

During the side meetings with His Majesty the Sultan, the ambassadors conveyed greetings of the leaders of their countries along with their best wishes of good health, happiness and a long life to His Majesty the Sultan and further progress and prosperity for the Omani people under His Majesty's wise leadership.
The envoys expressed their great honour and happiness to present their credentials before His Majesty.
They affirmed to exert their utmost efforts to develop relations of their countries with Oman in various spheres to serve joint interests of the Omani people and the peoples of their countries.
His Majesty the Sultan welcomed the ambassadors and thanked the leaders of their countries for their greetings and best wishes. His Majesty affirmed to the ambassadors that they would receive all support from the government and the Omani people to enable them in carrying out their duties.
The credentials presentation ceremony was attended by the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, the Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, the Head of the Royal Protocols, the Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman (RGO), the Military Aides of His Majesty the Sultan and other top officials of the government.
