Egyptian celebrity chef Tarek Ibrahim who hosted ‘100 Lahma’ cooking show, which translates to 100 Meat in Arabic, presented a variety of Australian beef and lamb dishes to his guests.

Chefs showcase their culinary skills
Master Chef Tarek Ibrahim put on an interactive live station performance at Taste of Australia 3 at the Intercontinental Hotel Muscat.
Egyptian celebrity chef Tarek Ibrahim who hosted '100 Lahma' cooking show, which translates to 100 Meat in Arabic, presented a variety of Australian beef and lamb dishes to his guests, says a press release.
"You can't imagine how good it tastes" said Tarek introducing his first course, crispy beef of oyster blade on mini brioche.
Guests enjoyed other mouth watering meals, as the award winning and internationally renowned chef Tarek showed off his skills in cooking double rib lamb chops and pomegranate braised beef cheek before introducing his main course, the oven-roasted aged beef rib eye.
The chef who has worked in Europe, USA and Middle East and the owner of restaurants and concept cafes concluded his performance serving classic 'Pavolva' with fresh berries as a pre-dessert dish, before ending the gala night with Australian Lamington cake.
