Muscat: Oman Air is set to start serving the new Omani regional airport at Duqm. The service will commence with the opening of the new airport on Wednesday.
There will be four flights per week, with Oman Air operating these through Embraer E175 aircraft. A function is being organised at Duqm by the city's Special Economic Zone Authority to celebrate Oman Air flights to the new airport.
The function will be attended among others by top dignitaries and officials from the Government of Oman and senior managers of Oman Air.
