Muscat: The State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution (SFAAI) organised a seminar to publicise the Institute and its mechanism as part of a series of seminars held by SFAAI. The meet was held at the Higher Judicial Institute in Nizwa.
The seminar was held under the auspices of Dr Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Hilal Al Sa'adi, Governor of Dakhiliyah. It was held in the presence of the members of the State Council and Majlis Al Shura. The seminar targets the employees of various government institutions in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. It addressed issues concerned with SFAAI, its law, the Law Protecting the Public Fund, and the avoidance of clash of interest.
The seminar consisted of three main themes — the first dealt with SFAAI and its history, the second theme dealt with the Law of SFAAI, and the third dealt with the Law Protecting the Public Fund and avoidance of clash of interest.
The seminar aims at familiarising the employees of governmental institutions with SFAAI and its working mechanism in order to achieve its objectives and responsibilities.
