Muscat: Oman Housing Bank (OHB) has almost doubles financial support to housing loans. In line with its efforts to match the increasing demand on housing loans; after the Royal directives of slashing the administrative and banking charges, Oman Housing Bank raised the financial allocations for housing loan applications to OMR80 million, in 2013, from about OMR41 million, allocated for loan applications in 2012.
Housing loan applications received by OHB in 2012 were 5156 applications, with total value of OMR202.6 million.
