Muscat:  The PDO Social Cricket team under PDO RAHRC is one among the team that plays matches on a regular basis against few other passionate teams in Sultanate of Oman.

Cricket in for a group of players from PDO is also played for a social cause. This is a platform for all cricket lovers in sultanate of Oman, especially those ex-cricketers and also for up-coming youngsters to play and enjoy the game with a social outlook. The PDO Social Cricket team under PDO RAHRC is proudly announces their second edition of Social Cricket Tournament 2013. The tournament will be held at Amarat Municipality ground No 2 and  3 on March 21 and 22 and also 28 and 29.

Twelve  teams including PDO League and Social teams will compete for the prestigious RAHRC Social cricket championship. The 12 teams will be in divided into 4 pools and play 15 overs a side in the league stage. Each team will get 2 matches in the league stage.

Top two from each pool will play the quarterfinals, followed by the semifinals and final. Tournament champion and runner-up will be awarded trophies and individual medals will have a best batsman and a best bowler award.
