Muscat: In an effort to further solidify its presence and its visual identity, Jusoor launched its new website in an event that was held under the auspices of Sheikh Hilal bin Ali Al Habsi, wali of Sohar on November 10, 2012.
Present at the event were a number of Jusoor board members including a number of general managers and communications managers in those companies. This event crowns Jusoor's efforts in building its brand, which was revealed for the first time in July this year, which is considered a mile stone in Jusoor's journey.
The new website comes as a result of immense efforts given by Jusoor team with one of the leading branding website development companies. The website reflects Jusoor's identity and the dynamic nature of the socioeconomic development its seeks.
It includes all the basic information that any user might seek, starting from introducing Jusoor, its objectives, its board of directors to a full coverage of all the activities and events carried out by the foundation since its inception in March this year.
The wali of Sohar commented on the event saying: "We congratulate Jusoor for the launch of its website, which is no doubt an important and commendable milestone as it will play a great role in sending across the foundation's message to a wide range of audience.

Manifesting the transparency principle that Jusoor has adopted since its inception, Jusoor has disclosed all the foundation policies through the new website including its work mechanism, the selection criteria of all the social projects and the sponsorship requests received from external parties. The website also includes information about the current social projects run by the foundation and a regularly updated news section about Jusoor's activities.
