Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia on the success of the surgical operation that he underwent on Saturday.
His Majesty expressed his congratulations along with his best wishes of good health and wellbeing, praying to Allah the Almighty to grant the Saudi King speedy recovery and long life.
