Global award for SQU student

Muscat: Rayah Rashid Al Hattali, a student from the Department of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering at SQU has won the third place at a contest organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) in San Antonio, Texas, USA.

Rayah's  paper was based on her master thesis titled 'Experimental investigation of enhancing oil recovery in fractured carbonate rocks using date molasses'.
