Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of condolence to Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, emir of Kuwait, on the death of Sheikh Sabah Hamoud Sabah Salim Al Sabah. In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the Kuwaiti emir and Al Sabah family, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the soul of the deceased in peace and grant the bereaved family patience.
