Muscat: Azzan Bin Qais International School celebrated the 42nd National Day on November 21, 2012. It was attended by students and parents. The students put on their best appearance and wore colourful Omani costumes. Students performed many items that included poems, speeches and songs in Arabic and English. Some students played Arabic melodies and some performed wonderful Omani dances. The festivity was also a good opportunity for non-Arab students at the school to express their love for Oman in Arabic through a pleasant performance that impressed the audience. It was also a wonderful opportunity for students to express their loyalty and belonging to Oman and to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
