Muscat: Bank Nizwa continues with its plans to bring Sharia compliant banking closer to its customers by opening its latest branch in Al Ghubrah.
The branch was officially inaugurated by Sheikh Dr. Said bin Khamis bin Juma Al Kaabi, Chairman, Public Authority for Consumer Protection and is a reflection of Bank Nizwa's strong business growth, said a company release.
This newest fully serviced branch brings the total Bank Nizwa branches to seven and is part of the bank's strategy to expand its core business and to service more and more customers across the Sultanate.
Located in the heart of Ghubrah, the branch is easily accessed from the Sultan Qaboos highway on the service road near the Grand Mosque.
"Bank Nizwa is working diligently to grow our bank through a strategic branch expansion plan. Our policy is to expand our presence across the Sultanate which will better serve our customers as it will bring our products and services closer to them," said Dr Jamil El Jaroudi, CEO of the bank.
Bank Nizwa is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the need for a rigorous Islamic financial portal in the country. With Ghubrah becoming increasingly a busy commercial and residential hub, the branch is perfectly positioned to offer a convenient banking experience.
All Bank Nizwa branches provide customers with high quality customer service, access to an experienced banking team and an unwavering commitment to the principles of Islamic finance.
In addition to the Ghubrah branch, Bank Nizwa customers can conveniently bank at the head office in Qurum as well as at regional branches in Nizwa, Sohar, Al Khoud, Salalah and Ibra.
