GCC White emerge winners at Oman day veterans cup

The Gulf Cricket Centre White (GCC White) defeated Gulf Cricket Centre Blue (GCC Blue) to clinch the veterans title in the Oman Day Cricket Cup tournament.
In a keenly-contested match played at the Pakistan School Muscat ground, GCC Blue batted first and scored 52 for three in six overs. GCC White achieved the target in 4.3 overs scoring 53 for two in 4.3 overs.
The best batsman award went to Bharat Sony (White), best bowler prize was claimed by Prasad (White), best fielder was Ajit D'costa (Blue), best all-rounder was Raheem (Blue) and man of the match was Rudolf (Blue).
Director of Khimji Group Ajay Khimji was the chief guest and Al Naqi International Managing Director Asghar Ali Shaikh was the guest of honor. Asghar Ali Shaikh presented the trophy to the winning captain Prasad and Dad Mohammad Al Balushi handed over the trophy to runners-up team captain Mohammad Hasan.
The tournament was sponsored by Badr Al Samaa Hospitals, Desertfox LLC, Future Oilfield, Al Faisal Group of Company, Naqi LLC, Future Printing Press, Tawoos, Gulf Aluminum LLC, Koliwada Restaurant, Al Yam Enterprises, National Stone, Al Zahra and Al Nafeesa Jewellers.
