The officers training Institute awarded certificates to a number of officers who participated in training courses this year under the patronage of Brigadier Jamal Al Ruqaishi, chief of Officers Institute, last Wednesday.
The institute carried out more than 48 training courses during this year in which 914 officers were trained.
Civil defence
The General Administration of Civil Defence provided 2,478 special services including field visits, studies, licensing and follow-up visits to combat fire accidents during the last week. The Civil Defence centres handled 90 complaints during the period and were engaged in 34 rescue operations.
