Muscat: National Gas Company said that a share transfer agreement for selling 70 per cent shareholding in Innovative Energy Systems has been signed between the company and Ashtech Gas Engineering & Services FZC and a nominee of the buyer pursuant to which the company has sold and transferred its shareholding in Innovative Energy Systems LLC to the buyers. The share transfer agreement has been filed with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
