MoE honours forum activists

Undersecretary of Ministry of Education for Education and Curriculum, the Ministry of Education honoured the activists of the educational forum of the academic year 2011/2012

Under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Humood bin Khalfan Al Harthi, undersecretary of Ministry of Education for Education and Curriculum, the Ministry of Education honoured the activists of the educational forum of the academic year 2011/2012.

The simple but expressive ceremony started when Mohammad Al Balushi, a student from Al Wattayah Post-Basic education school, recited a few verses from the Holy Quran. Afterwards, Salam Al Sharji, chairman of the Educational Forum, delivered a short speech in which he thanked all different participants that contributed to the success of the Forum. He also highlighted the role of theForum as a link between the ministry, teachers, students and parents, which is collaborating to develop the learning process in Oman.

Later, a documentary video was presented by Ahmed Al Azani which showcased the achievements of the Educational Forum and briefed the audience on the major achievements during the last academic year. The audience also enjoyed anoperetta which was composed by Abdulqader Al Kamzari and directed by Amal Al Dosari. The performancecreatively embodied the significant role of the Educational Forum.
