Muscat: The Scientific Forum, held as part of the Human Rapprochement Week organised by the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science, opened Tuesday. Those present included Dr. Abdullah bin Mohamed Al Sa'eedi, Minister of Legal Affairs and Dr Abdul Mun'em bin Mansour Al Hasani, Minister of Information.
Habib bin Mohammed Al Riyami, Secretary-General of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science, said that the Human Rapprochement Week comes in line with the Royal Directives to hold this week in the first week of February every year.
Speakers and researchers on peace, culture, promotion of communication and mutual understanding are invited for this meet. The forum would present insights to provide specific recommendations to help students and researchers explore various aspects of human societies.
