Muscat: The Oman Cancer Association (OCA) has announced that the services of its Mobile Mammography Unit (MMU) will not be available at Al Amerat Gardens during the Muscat Festival 2013, as planned.
The OCA, formerly known as The National Association for Cancer Awareness (NACA), was not able to get a convenient place to station the MMU, which offers free breast cancer screening.
Regrets expressed
"We regret the inconvenience, if any, caused to the public in this regard," said the association's founder and chairperson, Yuthar Al Rawahy.
