Muscat: The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE) yesterday organised a seminar on 'Raising the Efficiency and Capacity of the National Manpower', as part of the programme of the Omani Industrialist Group 2013.
The seminar stressed on building an effective partnership between the public and private sectors to develop training plans that meet the needs of the changing market, flexible requirements for current and future workforce, and legislative and regulatory framework to achieve the Vision 2020.
