Beyonce Knowles is beautiful, rich and a superstar, with an adorable baby daughter and a doting husband. Everyone loves Beyonce. Everyone, that is, except the lady herself. According to close friends, she's so dissatisfied with her looks that she's seriously thinking about cosmetic surgery. The 31-year-old has admitted: "I have so many insecurities about myself. I am a human being — I cry, I get scared and I get nervous just like everybody else." An insider close to the pop diva told us:
"Beyonce doesn't feel as confident about her body as she used to. She is thinking about something to give her body a boost after having her baby and to remove the stretch-marks. That would really help her confidence." But once person dead against any surgery is Beyonce's husband of five years, Jay-Z, who says:"I wouldn't change a single thing about her."
