Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia on the occasion of him being re-elected as president of the Republic. In his cable, His Majesty expressed his congratulations and best wishes of success to President Sargsyan in leading the people of Armenia to further progress and prosperity.
