The four-year romance of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson is finally over. And the wife of the man Kristen had an affair with last year has filed for divorce.
So, according to insiders close to the couple, that leaves the way clear for Kristen and movie director Rupert Sanders to get together again. Which, we are told, is what they plan to do. Kristen has been very lonely since Rob left," says a source close to the 22-year-old. "She seems to realise there's no reason to stay away from Rupert any more."
The pair were working together on the movie Snow White and the Huntsman when they were seen together — devastating Rupert's 10 year old marriage to his wife Liberty. Friends revealed that after Liberty filed for divorce, Kristen texted Rupert asking how he was. A source said:
"They have now spoken regularly on the phone and they have talked about meeting again." It's also likely that the pair will be meeting again through work — Rupert is expected to direct the sequel to Snow White, once again starring Kristen, later this year.
