Former Indian School Muladha student Sruthy Mohan
Muscat:
Former Indian School Muladha student Sruthy Mohan has been invited to witness the 64th Republic Day parade of India from the prime minister's box. She was selected by the Ministry of Human Resources Development for securing the third rank in the All-India Senior School Certificate Examination 2012 and the first rank in the examination from the Chennai region.
Sruthy, daughter of Mohan, the Finance and Project Manager of Al Kawther Hypermarket and Dr Ambujam Mohan of Al Suwaiq Dental Clinic, received her education at Indian School Muladha from kindergarten until Xth. Being an exceptionally gifted student, she was an asset to the institution, earning laurels for the school in both academics and extracurricular activities.
Her 10th-grade performance was outstanding. As the school's topper of the year, she has added another tally to the awards of excellence she has bagged every year. In addition to the high ranks she has secured at various national and Gulf-wide Olympiads and as the school's 'sastraprathibha,' she has proven her mettle in co-curricular activities too.
As a 'kalathilakam' and frequent literary champion of the school, she has exhibited literary and artistic talents. She has always been aware of her responsibilities and, hence, is a role model for junior students.
