Electing to bat after ISAS posted a score of 219 for 5 at the end of 25 overs. ISM requiring a fraction of under nine runs per over did well to reach 191 for the loss of nine wickets at the end of the 25th over.

In an afternoon match played at the same venue Indian School Al Ghubra (ISG) registered a 46 run win against Indian School Darsait (ISD) in a U-16 Junior League match sponsored by Al Turki Enterprises.
Batting first ISG scored 261 for 5 at the end of 25 overs. ISD faced with a daunting 262 for a win made a bold reply scoring 215 for 9 at the end of 25 overs.

Gayash Dias excels
Muscat Cricket Coaching Centre (MCCC) aided by an excellent all-round performance from skipper Gayash Dias who made a top score of 63 and thereafter claimed two wickets conceding 30 runs off five overs helped lead his team MCCC to an emphatic four wicket win against Indian School Wadi Kabir (ISWK).
The Khimji Ramdas sponsored Under-19 Junior tournament match was played in the morning session at the Municipality Grounds No. 2 at Al Amerat.
Batting first ISWK were restricted to 150 for the loss of eight wickets at the end of their stipulated 30 overs.
Opening batsman skipper Mohammed Shaijad Yunus chipped in with 57 while Rathan Acharya batting at No.5 made a useful 33. Miraj Hossain and Biplab Nath claimed two wickets each conceding 13 and 16 runs respectively.
MCCC in reply lost their first wicket in the first over with five runs on the board before a 102 run second wicket partnership between opening batsman Miyuru Wickremaratne 43 and Gayash helped the team reach 152 for the loss of six wickets off 20.2 overs.

In an Al Turki Enterprises sponsored Junior League Under-16 match played at the same venue during the afternoon session Bangladesh School Muscat (BDSM) registered a thrilling 5 run win against Indian School Wadi Kabir (ISWK).
Deciding to bat BDSM were bowled out for 187 off 24.3 overs.
Requiring 188 for a win ISWK lost wickets at regular intervals and were restricted to 182 for the loss of nine wickets at the end of 25 overs with a top score of 46 from Dhruv Parmar. The other batsmen to make notable contributions were Rohan Koshi 38 Not Out (40b) and opening batsman Arsh Khalifa 23 (22b, 2x4). Mahbub Hassan and Sharior Nur Fahim bagged two wickets each conceding 25 and 30 runs respectively off three overs each.<
