PAEW to turn off water supply to number of villages in wilayats of A'Seeb, Bausher

Muscat: Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) said water supply would be turned off to a number of villages of the wilayats of A'Seeb and Bausher in Muscat governorate starting from Thursday.

PAEW said in a statement the shutdown of water supply to the wilayat of A'Seeb will be in two stages: the first will start from 21:00 on Thursday until 11:00 on Friday, January 24, and will include Al Mawaleh Al Janoubiyah and Al Hail Al Shamaliyah.

The second stage will be starting at 09:00 Friday to 07:00 Saturday, January 25 and will include Al Manoumah Al Shamaliyah in the Wilayat of A'Seeb.

The shutdown of water supply to the Wilayat of Bausher will include Al Khuwair 33 and Al Khuwair 43 from 21:00 Friday to 08:00 Saturday, January 25.

PAEW is conducting improvements on the water network and it urges all residents of those areas to take precautions.
