Crowe Horwath CEO to address Islamic banking seminar on May 21

Muscat: The chief executive of Crowe Horwath International, Kevin Mc Grath, is to address the Islamic Banking conference taking place at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel on Wednesday evening at 7pm.

The conference is being organised under the patronage of Nasser Hamood Al Rawahy, Vice Chairman of the State Audit Institution of Oman.

Kevin is the chief executive officer for Crowe Horwath International, which is ranked among the top 10 global accounting networks with more than 700 offices in over 100 countries around the world Prior to his current position, Kevin was the chief operating officer of Crowe Horwath (US) and the managing partner of the firm's Financial Institutions Group, providing leadership to a group of over 400 individuals who serviced in excess of 1,000 financial institutions throughout the United States.

The talk on Islamic Banking – The next frontier in Finance is being delivered by Abdelhak Elkafsi, an expert on Islamic Banking from Bahrain, said Davis Kallukaran, Managing partner of Crowe Horwath Oman.
