Value of subscription for bonds stands at RO179m

Muscat: The Central Bank of Oman (CBO) announced that the total value of subscription applications under competitive bidding process for the 41st issue of the government bonds stood at RO179,506,700. The statement issued by the CBO said that the total value of bonds allocated for the issue is RO100 million.

It pointed out that the acceptable revenue and the face value of the bond as follows the average 2.27 per cent for the price of RO104.610, the maximum level 2.45 per cent for the price of RO103.745 and the minimum level 1.89 per cent for the price of RO106.460.  New bonds were issued on Wednesday until maturity date of December 5, 2017.
