August 20, 2014 | 12:00 AM

Muscat: Al Amerat residents will have to take precautionary measures and rationalise their water consumption so that there is no shortage of water this weekend.

The Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) has announced that there might be less water supply due to a maintenance work in the pumping station of a local feeder of the wilayat of Amerat in Muscat governorate.

The work will start at pumping station of Wadi Adai feeder on Friday and will continue until Sunday.

During these days the water supply may be less, therefore, the consumers should take precautionary measures, PAEW has said.
