Omantel’s new offer for Hayyak subscribers

Muscat: Omantel, the pioneer integrated telecoms service provider in Oman, has launched a new promotion for Hayyak prepaid service where customers can buy the starter kit for RO2 with RO1 worth of credit that can be used for local, international, video, MMS and mobile Internet. Moreover, customers will get 200MB of Internet allowance which allows users to browse the Internet, download applications, files and keep in touch with friends through social media. The offer is valid until March 23, 2013.

Commenting on the offer,  Hamed Salem Al Ghassani, manager promotions at Omantel consumer unit said, "We are delighted to announce this offer which gives our customers the freedom to use the included rial-credit for making international and local calls, sending MMS or SMS or even use the Internet.

"However, our offer does not stop here as customers will also get 200MB of free mobile broadband that are distributed in the first two months; 100MB per month from the date of registration. With the new offer, the subscriber will have flexibility to use the free 200MB for any type of data usage." Subscribers of other operator may benefit from this offer by porting in with their current numbers to Omantel and benefit from the wide range of services provided by Omantel.
