Toyota opens BB Ali facility

Muscat: Under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Ali Al Busaidy, wali of Bani Bu Ali, the new Toyota facility at Jaalan Bani Bu Ali was inaugurated.

Respected walis, Majlis Al Dawla and Majlis Al Shura members; and other dignitaries from the government sector as well as senior corporate/business officials graced the special event. Koji Nagata, general manager, Toyota Motor Corporation was the guest of honour.
Koji Nagata, conveying his felicitation said, "I would like to present a special plaque to chairman Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan to commemorate the new facility at Jaalan Bani Bu Ali and in appreciation for establishing a world-class infrastructure with unmatched customer care."

Humbly accepting the accolades, Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan expressed his appreciation for the support extended by  the Toyota Motor Corporation, "It is a great honour for all of us at SBA to be yet again recognised as one of the best Toyota distributors in the world. While I humbly accept this plaque, I dedicate it to our valued customers who are our guiding light and a constant source of strength.

Highlighting the group's ongoing investments across the country, Saud Mohammed Bahwan, speaking on behalf of the chairman, remarked, "This is a joyous occasion for all of us at Toyota and Saud Bahwan Group as we continue our sincere efforts to improve our standards in customer care, and serve our valued customers even better.

The facility was formally inaugurated by Mohammed Al Busaidy and Koji Nagata.
The distinguished guests were then taken on a guided tour of the sophisticated new premises.

The state-of-the-art spacious showroom for Toyota and Lexus display the entire range of vehicles in a very comfortable and modern environment.

The sales operations are supported by elaborate after sales facilities. The comprehensive service operations offer a range of mechanical services under one roof.  Sophisticated equipment and processes have been built in to support enhanced productivity. A high-speed auto car wash and vacuum cleaning helps deliver vehicles faster. To top it all, it is an eco-friendly service operation.

The spare parts operations are computerised with online connectivity to the Toyota parts systems network.

There is an automatic replenishment of stock from the main parts centre at Al Amerat. These parts operations are supported by a well-stocked warehouse located within the facility.

The integrated facilities evoked an excellent response from the guests. As one of them remarked, "This will set new standards in the region." Customers in Jaalan Bani Bu Ali can now enjoy a world-class experience, not to forget Saud Bahwan Group's hallmark 'customer care, with a smile!'
