Omani entrepreneurs to network across borders on February 9

Muscat: Omani entrepreneurs will have a rare opportunity to network across the borders at the Back-to-Business, the biggest networking event in Oman, according to Stefan Radstrom, new General Manager at Grand Hyatt Muscat, which will be hosting the event.
In an exclusive interview, Radstrom expressed his excitement for being in Oman for the first time.
"Oman has been very kind to me, am delighted with the people's humbleness and kindness," he said while adding that the event which will start on February 9 will be a personal chance for him to meet influential people from the local community.
According to organisers, Oman’s SMEs are also going be involved in the event.
Around 400 to 500 participants are expected to attend the networking event.
The much-anticipated event will host Master Chef Bruno Andres Santa Cruz who will be visiting Oman for the first time.
Cruz will set up a cooking station at the Grand Hyatt Muscat’s John Barry Bar, where guests will be given an opportunity to meet and cook with the Peruvian and sample some of his ‘ceviches’ ahead of the official launch of the Back-2-Business (B2B) networking event.
“Peruvian Ceviche,” is a delicacy known to have originated in Peru, where chefs use only the freshest products and ingredients available within the season.
B2B will also bring together firms working in sectors such as government, oil and gas, construction, transport, infotech, hospitality, finance and more.
