Muscat: Modern Exchange recently opened its twenty-second branch in Ghala Heights.
Modern Exchanage vice chairman Jamal Al Ojaily, along with Philip Koshy, general manager, cut the ribbon to formally inaugurate the branch recently.
The branch is located at Ghala Heights, behind 360 degree (Nadar building) restaurant, an advantage for customers in the area to send their remittances.
Modern Exchange is on an expansion path with an objective to be closer to customers by opening more outlets. The exchange offers technology-driven products enabling seamless credit to their beneficiary within seconds which is in line with the company’s motto ‘Aim is to beat customer’s expectation not just meet customer’s expectation’. Monikered as Zero minute remittance, the remittance reaches the recipient accounts within split seconds, but also ensures that SMS feedback is send to customer’s mobile within minutes, even before they leave the premises of the branches. Currently, this service is available to State Bank of Travancore, HDFC, ICICI Bank and Federal bank.
