Mumbai: One of the Indian film industry's biggest stars, Shah Rukh Khan, will perform at a concert called 'Temptations Reloaded 2013', which will be held on February 13 at one of the stadiums in Muscat. This was confirmed by the megastar himself at a press conference held in Mumbai yesterday. Light and Shadow Enterprises, would be bringing 'King Khan' to Oman.

Actors Katrina Kaif, Preity Zinta, Ali Zafar, and Anuskha Dandekar will join Shah Rukh at the concert. Prominent singers and dancers will also be part of the show. The event is being arranged exclusively for the Muscat audience and is not part of any world tour. Nawras is to be the show's presenter, and the event will be powered by Khafeef.

"Look forward to a full-fledged show in Muscat," Shah Rukh Khan promised. He said he was looking forward to coming down with Katrina Kaif and Preity Zinta to perform in Muscat.
"Production values will be exactly like the world tours we have done. Only the number of stars will be smaller. We will make up for it by dancing and singing more," SRK stated. About stars performing outside India, he noted, "Honestly, it doesn't matter. Shows are like a party; it is like an evening out."

He said the idea behind all the shows he has done is to provide value for money in terms of star presence on stage. "People should see enough of the stars. We will make sure the presence of the stars is maximised. We will put on a show that people will relate to," he remarked.

Talking about performing in Muscat, he said, "Sometimes, outside India, you have people who are away from home and are feeling nostalgic about it." On whether he will consider Oman a destination for his movies, he said, "It depends on what the film is about and how the location fits into it.

"The next film we are doing is in the Gulf (in Dubai and Abu Dhabi). I wouldn't want to come and do just a song or a dance. While making a film, I should have a logical reason for being there. If there is a suitable film, we will surely do it there." "I want to arrive a day earlier in Muscat to have a look at the place," he added.

He pointed out that he is currently working on a comedy called Chennai Express.
SRK said he was proud of the phase the Indian film industry is going through now.
The Bollywood star remarked that he hated controversies of any kind.

"Publicly, I put my best foot forward, but privately, they are irritating to say the least and extremely hateable," he explained.

Talking about what he looks for in a script, he stated, "Previously, I wanted to have the maximum amount of screen time. Next, it was about the big names I could work with. But as you develop your craft, I think what starts to matter most is the story you want to tell."
He cited his children, his work, and "giving wings to ideas" as the three most important things in his life.

Khan is considered one of the biggest film stars with a fan following claimed to number in the millions. "The venue of the show will be confirmed soon," said a Light and Shadow Enterprises LLC official.
