State Council Chairman leaves for Turkey today

Muscat: Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Dr. Yahya bin Mahfoudh Al Mantheri, Chairman of the State Council will head on Wednesday to the Republic of Turkey to lead the Sultanate's delegation to the 13th summit of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), scheduled in Istanbul on April 14 and April 15.
The Chairman of the State Council will be accompanied by Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Sayyid Ahmed bin Hilal bin Saud Al Busaidi, Sultanate's ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), its Permanent Delegate to the OIC, Sayyid Qais bin Salim bin Ali Al Said, Sultanate's ambassador to Turkey, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Issa'ee, acting Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs and some officials.
