Oman tourism: Al Mouj Muscat awards contracts worth OMR31.7m to develop apartments

Muscat: Al Mouj Muscat will develop The Gardens, a four-block precinct adjacent to Almouj Marina comprising 242 high-end residences and Marsa Gardens, marina-side precinct consisting of three blocks offering 232 one and two-bedroom with garden view apartments, according to a statement from the company.
Two contracts worth OMR31.7 million were awarded to Al Turki Enterprises LLC to develop The Gardens and Marsa Gardens on Tuesday.
The agreement was signed by Nasser AL Sheibani, acting CEO of Al Mouj Muscat, and Devki Khimji, executive director at Al Turki Enterprises, at Almouj Golf.
“These two precincts are not only unique because of their lush green surrounds, but also because they are close to Almouj Marina, Almouj Golf, The Walk; the high-end shopping and dining hub, and the beach, all right in the heart of Muscat, bringing unmatched value proposition for investors and home-owners,” Sheibani said.
“Taking leisure and lifestyle living to another level, both The Gardens and Marsa Gardens will be among the first apartments at Al Mouj Muscat to offer dedicated concierge space, state of the art gym and outdoor lap pool in addition to landscaped leisure deck and a multipurpose room offering great opportunities for relaxation and entertainment with family and guests.
