Muscat: Renaissance recorded a massive 106-run victory over OCT Al Amerat in a Khimji Ramdas sponsored Senior Division Knockout match played at the Municipality Ground II during the afternoon session on Friday.
Batting first, Renaissance scored 225 for three in 20 overs, largely thanks to Jahanzeb Ashgar's unbeaten 101. In reply, Al Amerat were bowled out for 119 in 17.2 overs. Abdul Aziz top scored with 50. Faisal Jerome claimed five wickets for Renaissance.

Mardhuf Shopping beaten
In another Senior Division Knockout match, Indian Social Club (ISC) defeated Mardhuf Shopping by nine wickets.
Batting first, Mardhuf Shopping were bowled out for 127 in 18.1 overs. Shuaib Balushi top scored with 35. Ansar Ansari was the best ISC bowler with three wickets. In reply, ISC scored 129 for the loss of just one wicket in 11.4 overs. Maher Asher and Bishen Singh scored 40 not out and 42 respectively.

Meanwhile, National Youth Development Team (NYDT) recorded a 21-run win over Ooredoo A. Batting first, NYDT scored 145 for seven in 20 overs with Shuaib Ismail top scoring with 50. Nowfal RK claimed four wickets for Ooredoo A.
In reply, Ooredoo A were bowled out for 124 in 18.3 overs. Gustav Burger top scored with 48. Jaspreet Singh picked up four wickets for NYDT.

Manikandan picks four
In another Senior Division Knockout match, Powertech defeated New Media by four wickets. Batting first, New Media scored 161 for eight in 20 overs with Imran Rijvi top scoring with 42. Manikandan claimed four wickets for Powertech. In reply, Powertech scored 164 for six in 19.5 overs. Prabhakaran top scored with 50 and was ably supported by Anburaj with 48.

SARCO lose
In another Senior Division Knockout match, OCT Seeb defeated SARCO by five runs. Batting first, OCT Seeb scored 140 for eight in 20 overs with Majid Hussain top scoring with 50. Nishad Mada claimed three wickets for SARCO.
In reply, SARCO were bowled out for 135 in 19.3 overs. Murtaza Shah top scored with 35. Yousuf, Issam, Majid and Issa chipped in with two wickets apiece for OCT Seeb.
