Sayyid Khalid receives Sri Lankan, Iranian envoys

Muscat: Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal bin Saud Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court received in his office yesterday M. K. Pathmanaathan, ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Sultanate.
The two sides exchanged cordial conversations and reviewed the bilateral relations between the Sultanate and Sri Lanka, as well as means of enhancing them in all fields.
Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal bin Saud Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court also received Ali Akbar Sibawayh, ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Sultanate to bid him farewell at the end of his tour of duty as his country's ambassador to the Sultanate.
The two sides exchanged conversations and reviewed the relations between the two countries.
The ambassador expressed his thanks for the cooperation extended to him during his duty in the Sultanate, which facilitated in carrying out his assignments.
Sayyid Khalid thanked the ambassador for the good efforts he exerted to enhance the relations between the Sultanate and Iran, wishing him success.
