CBSE examinations: Pupils of Indian School Salalah break previous marks records

Muscat: At Indian School Salalah two students - Rubin Jacob and Yusuf Ali - earned a perfect 100 in chemistry.
Further, both students broke the school’s previous records by scoring 97.8 per cent and 96.8 per cent, respectively, in class 12 CBSE board exams.
In the science stream, Rubin Jacob topped the school, followed by Yusuf Ali and Zaki Abdul Cassim. Out of 56 students who appeared in the exam, 46 received distinction above 75 per cent while 10 secured marks between 60 per cent and 74 per cent.
In commerce, Shubha topped, followed by Mohammed Amir Hussainand Mubasher Tariq. Out of 69 students, 33 students received distinctions and 27 students earned scores between 60 and 74 in the commerce stream.
The highlights of the results included 18 students securing more than 90 per cent in aggregate.
