Persian delicacies at Persepolis Restaurant

This Ramadan enjoy an array of delectable Persian food along with some of the finest cuisines of the world at Persepolis Restaurant at Madinat Qaboos that has come with a special buffet for Iftar. At OMR7.900 per person, one can enjoy a variety of appetisers, soups, salads, main course, and desserts. The spread includes mirza ghasemi, moutabel, hummus, dolmeh, sambusa, ash reshteh, salad shirazi, Persepolis salad, chelo koobideh, assorted kebabs, mixed rice, different types of biryanis, lamb shank, gheymeh, fesenjan, sholeh, zard, ferni, Iranian halwa, Um Ali, assorted Iranian sweets, and more. Get crafty in the kitchen this month

Your children can stay entertained and engaged through the summer, with cooking classes at Crafty Kitchen in Madinat Qaboos from Saturday to Thursday (throughout Ramadan) with the newly launched ‘Crafty’s Culinary Passport’. Join Chef Ali (with your Crafty Passport in hand) and explore a foodie’s worldwide tour of England, Thailand, China, Oman, Jordan, Italy, France, Turkey, Japan, America, and India.

Crafty Kitchen’s host of international classes will allow children to travel the ‘culinary globe’ without leaving their chopping board and can mark each conquest upon the pages of their very-own Crafty Passport; a Junior Chef’s keepsake from country-to-continent. In addition to the dining aspect, Crafty Kitchen also offers culinary master classes. The kitchen is lead by Culinary Director, Chef Ali Abusbeih and Executive Director of Food for the Group, Chef James Izzard.

“We are now offering a unique culinary experience, a place where you can master the arts of many cuisines and foodie-fortes; from Europe to the Middle East, from Mana’eesh to Choux Pastry; there is something for everyone and every age,” says Chef Ali Abusbeih.

Priced at OMR15 per person, per class, the Culinary Passport are running for 6 days per week, from Saturday –Thursday. The age groups and timings are: 6 – 9 years: 10am – 12.30pm, 10 years+: 1pm – 3.30pm.
