His Majesty the Sultan sends greetings cables to Bolivia, Jamaica

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Juan Evo Morales of the Republic of Bolivia on the occasion of his country’s independence anniversary.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan has expressed his sincere congratulations along with best wishes of good health and happiness to the president and the friendly people of Bolivia.

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has also sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Patrick Linton Allen governor-general of Jamaica on the occasion of his country’s independence anniversary.
