Oman tourism: More than 109,000 tourists visit Frankincense Land Site

Salalah: More than 109,000 visited Frankincense Land Site in Dhofar Governorate during the Khareef season from June 21 to September 21.
The number of tourists stood at 109,484, according to the statistics of the Frankincense Land Sites Department at the office of the advisor to His Majesty the Sultan for Cultural Affairs.
The office of the advisor to His Majesty the Sultan for Cultural Affairs develops a number of heritage sites and provides them with the necessary service utilities to boost tourism in Dhofar Governorate. It is worth mentioning that Al Bilaid, Samharm, Wabar and Wadi Doka are registered with the Unesco World Heritage List under Frankincense Land Sites.
