3000 cyber blackmailing cases reported in Oman

Muscat: More than 3000 reports of electronic blackmail were reported to the Oman Computer Emergency Response Team (OCERT) since the beginning of the campaign.
According to data, 2800 reports came in through the CERT’s hotline while 420 cases were reported via email since the start of the campaign.
