Muscat: Straight from the streets of the famed La Rambla promenade in Barcelona filled with entertaining street performers and live acts, Muscat City Centre and Qurum City Centre have brought Europe's charm to Oman with the 'living statues' for the very first time.

From today to Tuesday February 26th, the malls will feature a variety of skilled mime artists who pose like a statue or mannequin for extended periods of time, creating an illusion that they aren't real. They living statues have been attracting curious crowds at both Muscat City Centre and Qurum City Centre, creating a memorable photo opportunity with these unique artists.

Residents can watch these living statues between 3:00pm-10:00pm at both malls, and every day there will be a different costumed artist making it a new, exciting and interactive experience that families, children and adults will be amazed at.

Muscat City Centre and Qurum City Centre have partnered with the Muscat Municipality to support Muscat Festival to host a month-long shopping extravaganza featuring unbeatable shopping deals and the chance to win exciting daily and weekly prizes.
