MANAH — His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said presided over a joint meeting of the Council of Ministers and the Majlis Al Shura at Hisn Al Shmoukh in the wilayat of Manah yesterday evening.

His Majesty the Sultan praised the efforts made by the government and the Majlis Al Shura in shouldering their responsibilities towards their country and the citizens.

His Majesty the Sultan also gave his royal directives to the members of both the Council of Ministers and the Majlis to join hands and maintain continuous coordination to implement the country’s development plans efficiently and utilise all resources to achieve more progress, prosperity and welfare.

The members of the Council of Ministers and the Majlis Al Shura expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation to the country’s leader for presiding over the meeting and for His Majesty’s wise directives.

They also pledged to take these directives into consideration while shouldering their national commitments to achieve welfare for the Omani citizens and maintain the Renaissance achievements made by the country under the wise leadership of His Majesty the Sultan.
