MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to Dr Manmohan Singh, prime minister of India, on the successful surgery he had undergone. His Majesty the Sultan wished Dr Singh speedy recovery, good health and the friendly people of India further progress and prosperity.
