Saud Bahwan Automotive bags top Toyota awards

MUSCAT — Toyota Motor Corporation has honoured Saud Bahwan Automotive with ‘Excellence’ awards. Yasuhiko Yokoi, managing officer, Middle East Marketing Division, Toyota Motor Corporation, presented the coveted ‘Overall Excellence’ award to Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan, chairman of Saud Bahwan Group, at an impressive ceremony here. Hiroshi Muranishi, general manager, Overseas Parts and Accessories Division presented the prestigious ‘Customer Service Excellence’ award.

Jim Sakaguchi, general manager, Middle East Marketing Division and Masato Kosugi, general manager, Overseas Service Field Operations Division were present at the award function. Accepting the awards on behalf of Saud Bahwan Automotive, Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan remarked, “I would like to thank my valued customers, without whose support this would never have been possible. While receiving these awards is a matter of great honour, our efforts are ultimately directed towards the goal of ‘Customer Satisfaction No.1’. And towards providing them with a unique ownership experience.”

Lauding Saud Bahwan Automotive’s efforts Yokoi said, “I would like to congratulate Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan for yet another remarkable achievement.

Applauding SBA for its extensive parts and service network, Muranishi said, “We, at Toyota Motor Corporation also greatly appreciate the huge investments made in infrastructure development and after-sales support activities.”
