Muscat: Four people have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) on charges of impersonating policemen and for robbery.
"The search and investigation efforts of the Muscat Governorate Police Command and the Directorate General of Inquiries and Investigations culminated in the arrest of four people on charges of robbery and impersonation of policemen.Where the defendants lied to the victim that they are policemen and asked for their documents, handcuffed them, and forced them to hand over their money," ROP said in a statement.
