Muscat: The Friday prayer sermon today entitled the acts most pleasing to Allah are those which are done continuously, even if they are little.

The brief of the sermon read: "Verily the best of actions are the ones conducted continuously, even if they are little. Examples of the blessing of perseverance: It will take only 17 years to memorise the entire Quran if you memorise a verse a day. Giving one riyal in charity everyday. In 10 years ' time you would've given 3.652 thousand Riyals in charity. Having a robust routine is vital for the individual, so that that he may find order in his life.”

Whosoever is able to accomplish having order in his life will find a blessing in time and in his ability to bring about achievements in his life; consequently do a lot of good.

Diligence leads the diligent, and procrastination sticks with the lazy, even if they were those who were endowed with intelligence like the two famous quote say : " Whoever strives shall succeed and whoever sows shall reap.”

It is not befitting for a believer to fall into the despair of Allah's mercy when something good didn't occur, but rather, he must follow the path of goodness, pursue and hasten to do good deeds, and may the last one precede the antecedent.

The Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, used to do the same acts of the month of Ramadan perennially, and he is the best of examples. The righteous have followed the prophetic tradition and they did not stop a good deed except starting another one.
