Zubair Automotive Group organises leadership training to enhance employee skills

The Human Resources department of the Zubair Automotive Group recently organised a leadership development program for its employees. The program involved 23 employees from across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Organised within the framework of the Group's policy, the programme was aimed at providing specialised training in employee development, training, and growth. Through it, employees were introduced to a variety of leadership skills presented by specialists in the field.

Jamal bin Mouhamed Al Balushi, General Manager of Human Resources & Admin at Zubair Automotive Group, explains, “Leadership is essential to any organisation's success. The Group is known for its uniqueness in this regard, continually providing its employees with the skills they need to become highly qualified workers capable of mastering practical leadership skills.”
